Jennifer Wong is a food writer, comedian and TV presenter known for her witty insights and love of Asian cuisine. She is the host and co-author of Chopsticks or Fork?, an ABC series and book which explores Chinese restaurants across regional Australia. Jennifer has appeared on The Cook Up (SBS), Celebrity Letters and Numbers (SBS) and Thank God it’s Friday (ABC).
Victor Liong is chef and restauranter of acclaimed contemporary Chinese eateries, Lee Ho Fook and Silk Spoon. Liong has gained recognition for his inventive approach, redefining contemporary Asian dining in Australia. He has appeared as a guest judge on MasterChef Australia, has hosted the tv series, Please Eat Slowly and has created the culinary dining experience, Quenino by Victor Liong, Singapore.
